First call

Listen

We start by listening. We learn what your business does, who your customers are and what you need the website to achieve, and we tell you plainly whether we are the right team for it. If another kind of team would serve you better, we will say so.

Planning

Design

Next we plan and design your website. We map out the pages you need and the journey from first visit to enquiry, then create the design for you to review. We review what's currently working on your existing site, agree the features and content, and finish with a design presentation you can give feedback on before we write a line of code.

Development

Build & launch

Once the design is approved, we build it. Our developers code your website, add your content and connect the features you need, from contact forms to bookings and online payments. We test everything on phones, tablets and desktops, set up your domain, hosting and SSL, and launch your site.

After launch

Support

After launch we stay with you. Our support team keeps it updated, backed up and secure, makes changes when you need them, and keeps improving speed and search visibility. Regular reports keep you informed on traffic, enquiries and site health.
